REFUND POLICY


Your booking will not be confirmed until your deposit has been paid. Delayed payment may result in your date being allocated to another client.

Please note your deposit is non-refundable.

The studio requires 3 days notice if you need to reschedule you appointment, at which point your deposit can be used at another date. Should you cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeit.

Proof of a paid deposit will be require and accepted via a screen shot sent to our phone number or email.


Gift vouchers are non-refundable, nor do we accept exchange for cash.


HYGIENE POLICY


Before your appointment please shower and wear deodorant if possible and avoid wearing perfumes. This is to lower chances of infection as well as insure the comfort of all parties.


Please avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your session. If we suspect you are inebriated we reserve the right to decline your business.
